How Site Settings works
Open Site Settings, find the right section, and save, discard or reset what you change.
Filling in settings

Name, place, currency, time zone
Set the basic facts about your choir that the whole site, its emails and the member portal rely on.
Logo and browser-tab icon
Add your choir's logo to the menu bar, the top of the home page and the footer, and set the small icon shown on browser tabs.
When a link is shared
What Facebook, Messages, WhatsApp, Slack and search engines show for a link to your site, where the name, description and picture come from, and which pages are kept out of search results.
Choose a ready-made theme
Pick one of fifteen ready-made looks for your site, see it in the preview, and save it.
Change your colours
Give your site one colour of your own on white pages, or a palette of four colours, and know what each colour is used for.
Change your fonts
Choose the pair of fonts your site's headings and text are set in, and know what choosing one means for your visitors' privacy.
Add a custom style sheet
On a self-hosted site, a Site Admin can add CSS of their own to the public pages. What is allowed, what is refused, and how to write rules that survive updates.
Switch pages and features on or off
Use the Features section to decide which pages and parts your site has, and know what happens to a page you switch off.
The top of your home page
Change the headline, welcome line, background photo, buttons and statistics that visitors see first.
About your choir and its leaders
Write the About section of your home page, add a group photo and highlight boxes, and introduce your director and other leaders.
The concerts section of your home page
Change the heading, introduction, price label, note and past events button around the concerts on your home page.
Promo boxes on your home page
Add up to three coloured boxes under your concerts that point visitors at a page worth promoting.

Your Auditions page
Fill in the page that tells prospective singers what you look for, how auditions work and how to get in touch.
Show a pop-up notice
Put a notice over your site for an audition call or a concert reminder, know exactly when visitors see it, and take it down again.
Your Past Directors page
Honour the directors and accompanists who led your choir before, with a page of names, years and photos.
Your Resources page
Switch on the Resources page and fill it with a description of your music library, cards, link tiles and a note for members.
Contact details and social media
Set your public email address, phone number and location, your social media links, the "Join us" box and the heading of the contact form.
The footer
Change the words and links at the foot of every public page, including the login links and the "Powered by Choir Master CMS" line.
The sign-off and footer of your emails
Change the closing line of the emails your site sends and the small print at the foot of announcements to members.
