How it works
The two ways to handle tickets, what selling on your own site gives you, and what has to be switched on first.
Your Tickets page
Change the wording of the public Tickets page, understand how it lists your concerts, and use another ticket seller.
Set up tickets for a concert
Check the currency, then give a concert its date, its number of places and the times its sales open and close.
Add ticket types and prices
Give a concert its kinds of ticket, such as Adult and Student, each with a price and an optional limit.
What buying a ticket looks like
The order form on your Tickets page, the buyer's own page of tickets, the email they receive, and what is needed to take cards.
Sell, hold or give tickets yourself
Record a ticket sold by the choir, hold tickets for someone to pay on arrival, or give complimentary tickets.
Find an order and download the list
Read the Orders table, search it, send a buyer their tickets again, and download the list of ticket holders as a spreadsheet.
Cancel an order or give a refund
Cancel a ticket order, refund a card payment through Stripe, or record that money was given back.
Check people in at the door
A one-page guide for the volunteer on the door, letting ticket holders in by code, by camera or by name.
Email a concert's ticket holders
Write to everyone holding tickets for one concert, either about that concert or with news and promotion.
